Focus and Scope

Aims

Jurnal Peternakan Indonesia (Indonesian Journal of Animal Science) aims to publish original research results and reviews on farm tropical animals such as cattle, buffaloes, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, poultry, as well as non domesticated Indonesian endemic animals, such as deers, anoa, babirusa, etc.

Scope

Jurnal Peternakan Indonesia (Indonesian Journal of Animal Science) encompasses a broad range of research topics in animal sciences: breeding and genetics, reproduction and physiology, nutrition, feed sciences, agrostology, animal products, biotechnology, behaviour, welfare, health, livestock farming system, socio-economic, and policy.

Peer Review Process

KETENTUAN UMUM

  1. Naskah belum pernah diterbitkan yang dinyatakan dengan surat pernyataan dalam form terlampir.
  2. Naskah merupakan hasil penelitian, analisis kebijakan atau gagasan dengan topik yang aktual di bidang peternakan.
  3. Naskah ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris. Naskah dalam bahasa Indonesia ditulis mengikuti Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia yang Disempurnakan.
  4. Penulis mengirimkan naskah dalam bentuk soft copy atau file elektronik melalui e-mail.
  5. Penulis minimal 2 (dua) orang.
  6. Jadwal penerbitan adalah bulan Februari, Juni dan Oktober.

 

Publication Frequency

(Jurnal Peternakan Indonesia) Indonesian Journal of Animal Science is published every four months (February, June, October). Indonesian Journal of Animal Science receives original papers in animal science and technology which are not published at any other journals.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
